Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused Ridgekit gear in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price.

Used gear, missing parts, or returns after 30 days are not refundable. Shipping you paid on the way out is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece.

Start a return by replying to your receipt email with the order number and photos if something arrived damaged.
